Private Lessons

Weekly 1/2 Hour Private               $180.00
Twice Weekly 1/2 Hour Private    $285.00
Weekly 1 Hour Private                    $280.00

Our beginner program is structured to provide maximum one-on-one instruction in a ½ hour private lesson.  All riders including beginners are required to groom and tack their horse both before and after the lesson. This time is called tack up and is completed under the supervision and assistance of our working students.

During tack up the riders will learn the importance of proper horsemanship and have the opportunity to bond with their horse. As students become independent in tack up and are able to walk, trot, steer, and stop their horse with good control they are eligible for group lessons. Students must demonstrate this ability on several of the school horses before joining a group.

Group Lessons

Weekly 1 Hour Group               $180.00
Twice Weekly 1 Hour Group     $285.00

Class size varies depending on the skill level of the riders in the group. Class size determines the length of time for the group lesson. For 2, 3 or 4 riders the lesson is an hour. Our instructors can easily provide quality instruction to each and every student.

Lessons normally will require approximately a two-hour time block; this allows for grooming and tacking before the lesson, 45-60 minutes of instruction time (depending on class size), and un-tacking, cooling out, and grooming time after the ride.

Itty Bitty

Itty Bitty - Once Per Week         $180.00
Itty Bitty - Every Other Week     $90.00

Our Itty Bitty Program is specially designed for Riders from 3-1/2 to 7 years of age.  The one hour group lead line lesson is preceded by a half hour of horsemanship training, while the student learns how to groom and tack up their pony.
